I've checked itunes.com on their download music page and they don't have any naruto songs listed so you wouldn't be able to get it there to put on your ipod.
If you already have the song on your computer then you can still put it onto your ipod if you put the song onto your itunes playlist.
if you dont know where to get the song you can find it at
www.gendou.com and sign up for free they have alot of naruto songs there.
