The petals fall off, but the inside of the flower is where the fruit is formed.

Flowers become fruit---the fruit produces seed, which is the whole POINT of flowers.
This is why, in landscape plants, you "pinch" the spent flowers---if they are allowed to come to seed, there is no more need to flower.

the central part of the flower actually is the fruit when its pollinated, it grows and develops into its full size. actually the "flower" doesnt fall off.....only the petals do.

All of the above. The blossom end of the fruit is the end opposite the stem. This is where the petals used to be.

The flower bloom is where the fruit will be. Its like when you grow a garden and you plant tomatoes, cucumbers, squash, etc. when they plants have a bloom then that is where the tomatoes, etc. will grow. I hope I helped you.
