Yes, they do! It depends how passionately you pursue them. Every big achievement starts with a dream. Dreams give you direction. Man dreamed to fly and to reach the moon and look what happened. In less than 100 years since the Wright brothers crafted their airplane in 1903, we are already landing spacecrafts on distant planets.

Yes they do but its not always the way you dreamed of it. Or if they do come true they usually aren't forever. Because the people that grant the dreams are busy and can only allow you to feel that dream come true for a while before they have to take it away.

Dreams come true if you want them badly enough. Once you outlined your dream exactly and how to achieve it then let no get in your way and go for it. Theres a saying at Disney World that goes "if you can dream it, then you can do it". All you have to do is believe, in the dream and yourself. Dreams dont just happen because you only dream it, you have to go after it. Set goals on your way to achieving it and before you know it youre there. Sometimes if you dont try hard enough, a dream only partially comes true so it comes down to just how bad you really want it. Remember if you want something youll take a risk, but if you want something bad enough then youll risk everything. Good luck in achieving your dream and Merry Christmas

I've had dreams when I was sleeping or certain people dying and then a few weeks later they did die.
As for Dreams in the sense of "owning a house", "Traveling the world", etc... some do come true and others sometimes won't.
