Try singing to her, talking to her in a soothing voice or get a cd made especially to calm babies. She will eventually get used to the routine when you have to make the same trip every day.

It could be because she is feeling claustrophic or insecure in there.
Make sure the material of the seat is comfortable and the seat belts are all not hurting her.
Best way I think is to wrap her in a cozy way and then put her in the seat.
Play some rhymes and keep some colorful toys, mirrors to distract her.
Stay with her till she is calm and then start driving.
Hope she feels better soon.

first the obvious things: check to make sure the belts are done up properly, in the right spot and not too tight. is she changed, fed, comfy as can be.
some babies just don't like the car. my son was the same way. hope it gets better for you. try a toy the clips across the car seat, maybe something to look at will help. some soothing music

I would think she doesn't like the noises and the seat might be uncomfortable.
