Iam working on a 1996 Chevy Lumina and the blinkers donot work . I cannot find the flasher for this car.?

It probably doesn't have a flasher. Flashers have gone the way of the Do Do. If the signals don't work and the fuse is OK, next step is to replace the multi-function switch.

There are TWO.
One relay, way up behind the fuse block.
and the other one is the flasher plugged into the fuse block.

It should be located under the dash somewhere,have you checked all your bulbs?Also check the fuses.Good luck.
