Get more sleep and eat well.If you're a smoker quit both at the same time.Cigarettes burn 10 calories each so imagine the x-tra energy you'll save.Besides Coffee is tricky cause after your high, there is always a down which brings you to the next one and so on.Limit yourself to 1or 2 a day.

That's silly, you'll just get addicted to coke. Switch to decaffeinated coffee. You'll have a headache for about a week, but you can take ibuprophen or acetaminophen for that. Stick with it and pretty soon you'll just want decaf. Make sure you get enough sleep and exercise so that you won't miss the caffeine.

Gradually decrease the caffiene intake...Don't quit cold turkey unless you enjoy a few days of painful headaches. Change your coffee to half decaf/half regular for a while, then gradually go to all decaf. At times you would usually drink coffee, substitute herbal teas or water.
