They all belong to the third period. In a period the atomic radius decreases from left to right. Na belongs to the IA group, Mg to the IIA group, Si to the iVA group , P to the VA group and Ar to the VIIA group, so: Na < Mg < Si < P < Ar

The right answer is (d).
