It looks fine. The idea you have to pay to register would steer me away. Try signing up one onemodelplace.com, hopefully since you are an aspiring model you plan on building your portfolio (probably through TFP with photogs who also want to build their port) and then you can bring it to open calls for agencies.

you should register to more such kind of site, i know one jurgita.com, it provides a lot nessecery info aout modeling as well and registration is free!
