I think it's wrong to base your vote on some one's gender or race. Obama is too sensitive to be our President. You have to have thick skin and let certain things run off your back and I'm not sure Obama can handle it. Clinton on the other is perhaps too stubborn and set in her opinion and her opinion only. I don't think she can really represent this country because it's my opinion that she will only represent herself and her views, that turns us into a dictatorship. It scares me to think that people will vote for Clinton just because she is a woman.

Only if the delegates toss all their votes to him for the duration of the Democrat's Convention this summer season. However, a Pig will land in entrance of you and fly you at any place you wish within the blink of a watch earlier than Al Gore is the Demo cart Nominee for 2008. Al's simplest desire is that if he runs as an impartial or the Ozone Party Candidate.

I think Obama is just the democratic face of the moment. It's like somebody else already said... Who cares what color or gender the president is?! It's all about what they can accomplish and he doesn't have much of a track record. I think Hillary is the scariest politician I've ever seen and would put this country on the fast track to falling apart. Doesn't anyone remember Hillarycare???

I believe that the media are "pre-selecting" these two as part of their plan to make sure that all other truly well-qualified individuals get passed over for media exposure before the next election season starts. Because it costs so much money to run a campaign for President, well-qualified individuals greatly depend on media exposure to jump-start their fund-raising successes. Unless they get the attention of the Corporate conglomerates and their vast bank vaults of "soft money", they have no chance whatsoever for launching a campaign with any chance of success.

Why would the Liberal Media try to block well-qualified Democrats? If I was a Republican, I would still vote Republican, Condi Rice could have both firsts.

I think it's wonderful. He can write books, line his pockets with the profits, travel everywhere promoting it while we as tax payers are still paying him to be our leader. I just love it when folks are busy doing their own thing when they have a job to do.
Ol Hillary can be busy squirreling away her nuts (& probably Bill's also) in shady investment schemes.
Between the two of them going about their own business they will probably get nothing done (business as usual on capitol hill) other than fatten their own (& friends) accounts.
Who cares if they are black, or female???? I want folks who will come into office & fix the past mistakes of others & prevent new ones. Too much emphasis is put on outward appearance when the focus should be on individual performance.
