what are good lip plumpers that WORK but whose prices aren't sky high?

A plumping gel and you put lip liner on your the outer edges on your top lip that gives the illusion you have plumper lips.

here's what i have found:
there is a pamela anderson lip plumper two step system that works pretty good...for awhile...but i'm all out, and now i don't know where to find it! originally, i found it at wal-mart. so check there. but it's about $20. it lasts about...7 months, but the plumpness only lasts a couple hours after you apply it. you have to use it a couple times a day. it's called the simon solution, but it's in a box with pam on the cover.
i also use sally hansen's "lip inflation" lip gloss, and i LOVE IT. it's about $4. they have different colors as well.
everything else i have tried doesn't really work.

Four thoughts:
1. Small lips can be gorgeous. Bigger is not always better! You can lay on a sheer lipstick and do the natural look practically without effort, and the natural look is in! The other thing, is girls with big lips can't wear wild lip colors as easily as girls with finer lips. Your lips may be small, but go big with color! Look for bright colors that complement your skin tone. :)
2. It sounds odd, but brush your lips when you brush your teeth. This will make them soft and smooth, and red and full because it brings the blood to them, the same way as if you pull at your cheeks they get flushed pink.
3. Bite and suck on your lips before you get out of your car or when you go to the ladies room... This can keep them full, plump, and brighter red, too.
4. Buy this stuff, or any of the other lip venom products.

It's a little pricey, but its fun and tingley, puffs up your lips a bit and makes you feel sexy.. It's great at parties, too... Try convincing your guy friends to use it, and tell them they are pansies if they don't, because they are afraid of the tingle!

Go to Bed Bath and Body works.. they have the BEST limp plumper with cinnamon in it.. like 11 bucks.. paints on like nail polish , and works great!!!

I don't know of an inexpensive brand I can recommend. but if you stay away from liner and use a pale shade, your lips will look fuller. If you play up your eyes, they will be the focal point and people won't notice your lips.

Girl i'll just tell you where to go and what to get!O.K?Go to the mall,walk into the store Chow Chow,walk over to the makeup section,color lip gloss=pink peach,eye shadow=light aqua green,mascara=dark brown or black and light pink blush and it would at up to $11.98!!!

Brush your lips with a toothbrush. Then put on any lip gloss.

cinnamon oil will temporarily plump the lips and it is pretty inexpensive...careful with it though, if you get it on inside of your mouth it could make you puckery...lol
plus, it makes a nice smell for aromatherapy as well...

well you can go to clinque and they will help you find good tips at a very small price range. i also have small lips.
