Stalking, on this site, is simply making it a point to answer all of someone's questions and monitoring their activity.
Stalking, in the real world, is a crime in most jurisdictions, and is worrisome at best.
I would say he is not stalking you in the real world, but may be online. Be careful that you do not give out too much info, so that online becomes real life.
