I have been violated and now must go to court on the 3rd of Jan. My probation officer said that as long as I meet my probations requirements and have everything documented then all I have to do is show up for court. She mentions something along the lines of cancelling my probation on that court date. I shuttered when she told me that I HAD to go to court. I am now nervous and want to get a lawyer her in Manatee county, Florida. I have $500,is that even enough money? Help me please and thanx!

Try the Public Defender's office first. Get someone there to advise you on your best course of action. If they say that you can afford your own attorney, see if they can give you a list of suggested attorneys.
