i don't know all of the details but I guess that he and the coach were having problems. I loveee Allen Iverson and I think that he shouldn't get traded, for the sake of his team.

The sixers put up with Iverson and his antics because they are truely business oriented team that was content with raking in money from the gate and the Iverson merchandise. However, like most business's, there comes a time when a new product must be found to protect its future interest in making money. More than likley, the sixers are looking to save money for something big and upcoming.

specific Allen Iverson would be traded. The commerce ought to come down by making use of Thursday. i'm pals with a guy who works for the NBA. and anybody is asserting communities like: Boston, Minnesota, manhattan, la Clippers, and Golden State, and Sacermento. the only communities that have contacted the 76ers are here: Boston, la Clippers, and Sacermento. This iwll probally be a three way commerce. by using salaries. desiring to be close jointly. A deal will probally be executed by making use of Thursday.

the allen iverson trade has come about because the sixers have basically let him get away with anything because he sold tickets and jerseys. now ten years down the line they change there minds because they have a poor a general manager in billy king who has proven incapable time after time to make a good trade or to build around a. i. and decided to no longer let him get away with anything and firing coaches to make him happy. he walked over every coach here because the organization made it ok. and now he cant because cheeks is as well and icon and you cant just fire him b/c ai dont like him. so he wants to be traded because he doesnt want to play here anymore

Iverson is a cancer to his team. He has no leadership skills and has no interest in making his teammates better players.

Would you want to pay a player that skips practices and disrespects the head coach?

The only thing Iverson is the "answer" to is the question: who's the best example of a bad team player in the NBA?

The team is going nowhere and he is the best commodity the have to trade out for fresh blood. He had no interest in being there any longer and was just hindering the team more than helping it with his attitude.

The main reason is that he demanded to be...he's frustrated with the Sixer's not getting better and he does not see the team going anywhere...couple that along with him not being able to get along with his coach and the Sixer's finally had enough...
