uh-oh .... sounds like a virus. Run a scan, get the name of it and then check online for the tool to fix it. If I were you I would also back up important stuff on to disks immediately.

Possibly not a virus, but could be spyware or adware trying to take control of the browser. Try scanning with:-
ad-aware SE from http://www.lavasoft.de
Spybot search &destroy from http://www.spybot.info/en/index.html
or asquared from http://www.emsisoft.com/en/
All have a free option. You should try at least two as they all miss something.
If you're using IE try a repair from the windows section of add/remove programs, or download and update to IE7. Otherwise try Firefox 2.0.from http://www.mozilla.org. This is pretty bug proof

Go to http://www.free-av.com/ and download your free copy of antivirus!

You may need to download a spyware prog too if you dont already have one!
Try this link: http://www.microsoft.com/athome/security/spyware/software/default.mspx
it's windows free spyware prog! It's great!

Failing that you will need to reinstall the operating system!
Good luck!

More often than not it's a problem with the Server - best really just to re-boot.
