i have direct x 9.0b but i want 9.0c how can i do it ? do i have to uninstall previous one first?if yes from where can i uninstall this? would there be any problem to the pc? i tried installing earlier but it said ur graphics card or something like that...does not support this.what to do exactly with this problem?

just download the 9.0c and install. no need to uninstall anything.

Your graphics card may not support the latest version of DirectX, try buying a cheap new nVidia GeForce MX video card for about $60 or less and install it and read the box before purchasing to see if DirectX 9.0C is supported. You should be able to install Direct X 9.0C over 9.0B.

You can upgrade your directX version by using windows updates... i think it gets listed in the optional section of the updates.. not the critical ones.
Thats the best way to do it.
