Kiss her like you mean it. Go for the soft kiss, enjoy it, hold her head in your hands (kinda around the ear if you know what i mean) stroke her face and neck... add a little tongue in her mouth and tease her lips with it too and some light biting of her lips and tongue makes it interesting. Just get lost in each other when your kissing. Relax too cause if you're relaxed and really into it, then she will be too.

I think the best way to kiss really depends on the situation and the mood, as far as technique or whatever is concerned. Ultimately the best way to kiss the girl you love very much is always let your love be in and behind all your kisses. I'm not exactly sure what you're asking for exactly in this question...but that's what I got for now.

Proper kissing requires preparation. You don't want to brush your teeth for several days...make sure to have something spicy to eat. I like sausage and pepperoni.
Next make sure you have a bit of body odor....kissing isn't just mouths after all.
Then be certain to use lots and lots and lots of spit.....makes girls HOT!
Also press your mouth into hers REALLY REALLY HARD...make sure she won't be forgetting you!
