There is something like a sponge in the right side of the printer, where the ink cartriges are being cleaned, I think that "sponge" is full of ink becouse spots are apearing on my printed pictures, and lines, and things like that, how can I clean it by myself, without taking it to a service?

I'm sorry I can't help, but I don't think the guy before me knows what you are talking about, I think that is why you are wondering about the sponge, right? Not that if you get the heads to cleaning it will take care of the sponge problem.

Your printer may have a 'maintenance' setting - there is a head cleaning process that takes place. Try that before you take things apart.
