not a active party in all states from what I can tell though there is one person in Penn elected to a city office i think i saw...http://www.prohibitionists.org/

a viable 3rd party can not exist as a single issue party whose idea failed 80 years ago.

uhm, because prohibition and its progeny, the war on drugs, cost us a lot of money and dont' give us much in return. I'd rather have a 'bongs for bombs" party"
