I have never been out with a disabled woman but i dont see a problem with it at all, the only thing you might find is able bodied people are sometimes a bit shy to talk about disabilities and might wonder how it limits you so you may have to tell rather than leave them wondering ie being blunt can you still have a physical relationship???? best wishes

Nothing wrong with that. Dating is about mutual attraction and getting to know each other, possibly leading to long term relationships and committment. If that's there, whether or not you're disabled should not matter. Also, many people have disabilities that are not visible. Heart conditions, diabetes, mental illness, etc. A disabled or abled person can be a decent human being worth getting to know. or said person can be a total jerk. You don't know till you get to know them, and that's what dating is about.

what difference does it make as the person should be looking for the qualities a person has rather than the physical qualities. I'm disabled to a certain extent and I find that no matter what I want a lady who is bright, charming, intelligent and beautiful on the inside. this is where the real person is not the physical shell.

Thats fine if thats what you like.
I am a disabled man and have found able-bodied women shy away from me.
My best chance is with disabled women.
Something in comon and understanding.

I say go for it, and if they accept you for who you are than you really got a winner! Why shouldn't you want an able-bodied man by the way? I mean if someone is fat, should they only want to date fat people? If people are another race, should they really only consider their own kind? Diversity is what makes the world go 'round! YOU GO GIRL!!!!

Why shouldn't you find able-bodied men attractive? I think in this day and age most people have gotten over such hang-ups. You go for it....

As long as the two are ok and the feeling is mutual (and they are willing to respect and honor each other as Human Beings) ...
Then there is nothing wrong with it -- go ahead and enjoy the relationship!
