I want to change when I get my period. I'm scheduled to start this week. How can I change it so that I start either next week or the week after?

With most pills there are the real pills that contain hormones then there are placebos that contain no medication to take during your period. What makes you get your period is NOT taking the hormones. So you should get a new pack of pills and keep taking the real pills for 1-2 weeks until you want your period. If you have already started taking the placebos you are unfortunately out of luck.

If you haven't started the sugar pills yet, just start the next pack and skip the sugar pills from this one. You won't get another period for another three weeks.

if you get on the pill regularly and then over time skip certain pills you can make it come a few days earlier. but its not like hitting a rest button.

By getting plenty of exercise and eating healthy foods, avoid the junk food!!! Eat lots of fruit and drink plenty of water!
