It's an old movie or show on PBS i saw it when i was little . It was a brittish show/movie and it had this brittish lady who is pregnant and i believe she's having an affair with this black guy who might have been a slave. thats all i can remember please help me if you know what i'm talking about.

Only movie that came to mind was A Taste of Honey (1961).

It's a black-and-white movie filmed in Manchester. The director was Tony Richardson. Rita Tushingham is a girl/young woman who has a fling with a black sailor and gets pregnant.
