1) lemon juice = 2.4 to 2.5
2) drano / liquid plumber
solid drano is mostly lye; pH in water = 13.5
3) de-ionized water (fresh) = 7.0
(standing) = 5.5 to 6.5
4) de-ionized water with CO2 bubbled through it = 5 to 6.5
5) dr. pepper = 2.5 to 3.5 (higher when flat)
6) calcium oxide (as lime water) = 12.5 to 13
7) hydrocloric acid (as gastric acid) = 1.4 to 1.5
(as cleaner for bricks) = 1.0 to 1.5
8) NaCl dissolved in de-ionized water = 7.0 (but can be between 6.5 to 7).

i will try to answer.
the acids have the PH from 0 to 6.9 and the base from 7.1 to 14.
0 is the most acid environment and 14 is the most base environment, 7 is neutral

1.lemon juice is acid because have citric acid in it. it's PH is 4.

4. water with co2 is acid and is 4.
