Cher, there ain't no place betta. You can eat your way from one end of N'awlins to the otha and not have a bad meal. Try the oysters at Acme, the jazz brunch at Court of Two Sisters, the pralines at Aunt Sally's, the beignets at Cafe du Monde. Order the "Ferdi Special" and a cup of turtle soup at Mother's. Have some grits at the Bluebird Cafe. Dress up in ya pearls and dine on crabmeat maison at Galatoire's. Above all, a must-visit destination is Dooky Chase's. Chef Leah Chase came out of her kitchen to greet me the first time I ate there and it was a culinary highlight not to be missed. The restaurant was hit hard by Katrina, so call first to make sure it's open: 504/821-0535. Pass a good time!

Definately a good food place! They flavor the food sooo good! Nothing is ever bland or boring. There is always a little kick to it.

Traditionally there are a lot of French there; they make good food and it is still popular in many places.
