Was thinking of travelling to London this year to watch the fireworks, but what is it like, do people go to a club first then leae to watch the fireworks, do people take their own drink and party on the streets?
Thanks

I wouldn't do it if I were you. I live in London, and I went out on New Year's Eve a few times when I was younger and foolhardy. The tube was so packed it couldn't move out of the station, and that was before it got to central london. It's a hotbed of crime and drunkenness. Drunk people are easy prey for criminals here. If you're going to party, do it at a friends' house, where you'll at least know people and have somewhere to crash.
Have a great time.

for unfastened: The Southbank suitable down on the Thames, extremely opposite the London Eye in spite of the undeniable fact that it particularly is all relating to the team, the noise, the waiting, the components and the shortcoming of alcohol and convenience that makes numerous persons look. Plan your holiday abode and pass away in the present day after the fireworks.

I saw the ones by the river last year. They were quite good, but not worth going out of your way for, especially as there were loads of people there. I was at a house party nearby, so we were able to walk there and back - otherwise it just gets complicated.
