How do I remove the fuse from my '91 Corolla?

I unscrewed the two bolts from either side of the blue 100a fuse. The fuse won't budge. Is there somthing else I need to un screw, or do I just need to pull harder?

It's probably welded itself to the mounting block.

Figure if it's blown, you can't hurt it any more.

Jiggle, and pull........

you should have colored fuses, the plastic kind with two prongs on the ends. they sell pullers at the auto parts store for these, but just try pulling harder for now. use pliers if you have a replacement fuse.
