On Windows XP and 2000 computers, there are two types of user accounts. One is a Computer Administrator, the other is a Limited User. Computer Administrators can install programs, change settings, and mess up the computer if they are not careful. Limited Users can do everything they need to except install programs and update programs. If you can choose a different picture and name when you start up the computer, try that until you can install the program. If that doesn't work, start your computer's help and look for "how to start in Safe Mode" then you can log on to the computer as an Administrator. If you enter the username and password when you start up the computer, try entering "Administrator" with no password. Good Luck!

If you are the only one who uses the computer, you can set it to ignore the Administrator requirement by going to user accounts. If your computer is used by others go into the user accounts, click on help and follow instructions what to do it.

You have to have special priviledges that are given to people who are apart of the site (like work on the site instead of only visiting it).
