how do i set up a webcam do I need to have a video card I have one of those?

small cameras (spy cam) the receiver output is an rca jack is there any way to convert this. Does anybody know if it is possible to use one of these wireless cameras as a web cam any good websites on hacks or anytihng else would help.

Have to have web cam hooked up to pc.Install web cam cd and follow directions.
