I have a dell inspiron 1505 and want to connect it to my tv, help?

I am using the s-video connection along with audio cables. The audio works fine, but I don't have a picture. Is there settings I'm not doing? Please help.

I have that laptop also. You may need to try changing settings in your control panel (right click on desktop, choose properties, click settings tab, push advanced button and open Catalyst Control Panel.) Another thing to try is pressing Fn+F8 at the same time. Good luck. I'd like to try that also, but I don't have an S-Video TV.
