Many charting services will have weighted moving averages.

For free, you can try prophet.net, bigcharts.com, stockcharts.com, or even finance.yahoo.com.

For subscription, prophet.net is great. eSignal is also excellent.

They all have some eMA (exponential moving averages which are weighted). Just switch from daily bars/candles to weekly and add your indicators.
