It's a sony ericsson W800i and when I try to email a photo it says server not found. I think I need to set it up somehow but I can't work it out from the website.

I am guessing that you are on the three network.
Press the triangle button and go to services.
At the bottom of the page you should see a link to the mail page, this will help you set up and send e-mails through your phone.
(Don't worry about the service charge it's free to browse, and there is a 10p charge for e-mails).
Alternatively you can type in this address http://uk.wap.yahoo.com/raw?dp=home
This will take you to the yahoo mobile site where you can send and recieve e-mails for free with your yahoo ID.
(This service is also included with in the three services and is completely free).

Usually you need to get your service provider to send a text to your phone that provides your phone with all the correct settings. Contact your service provider who will do this free of charge

if you are on orange you can have the settings sent out to your phone using the website or you may want to check if you can connect to the internet on your phone using your GPRS connection if not then i would suggest a SIM update from your network provider
