It is rare that I even check someone's level, unless they posted a question about levels, quotas, or rewards on this site.

Yes I do, because I remember my first 10 points so if I ask a question and all the answers are kinda alike I go for the person with the least best answers makes me feel good.

Yes I think it makes them really happy. And I like to give them that extra point too with the thumbs up. I still try to pick the best answer based on the quality of the answer too.
