depends on what size... you can use bottle caps, or caps for jars, or paper plates if it doesnt have to be that stable. cd's always work good. corks might work. my family uses toilet paper rolls for this kind of stuff. if you need it bigger, the best would be a hamster wheel. my sister used that for a science project wheel thingie.

You will have to give us more information. Do the wheels need to move, how big is the car.It can be anything from Styrofoam plates to the reels that film is rolled on.
