Sometimes. It depends on who I'm saying no to. I have no trouble at all saying no to someone I don't talk to alot. But it's harder to deny something a friend says or asks me to do.

To my dog, definitely! How can I look at those big brown eyes and deny him anything? lol As far as people go, I usually wind up doing things I don't want to because I'm just trying to be polite.

No. When I say no, I'm saying yes to something else that's more important to me. I've learned how to say NO gracefully.
