I'm writing an essay for school about homosexuality, and I need help finding statistics and research detailing statistics on how many gay parents come out to their children each year; how many marriages are ended due to one person in the relationship coming out; etc. Just any statistics that would help get a solid number of how often gay parents/spouses come out each year would work.

Thanks so much for any information!

I seriously am writing a paper about homosexuality, and I'm having trouble finding statistics =/

My dad came out to me and my family over the summer, which is why I'm interested in the topic, and I need help finding how many families this happens to annually to help support my argument in my essay.

I don't think you'll be able to find many solid statistics on this unfortunately. I don't think there's really any tests/surveys done on it either.. You could try doing a project on the estimated amount of straight people who are really bisexual/gay.. but I doubt you'd find much better information on that either.. I think you'd be best off doing a report on the homosexual tendencies of all people/animals in different situations.

I'm writing a paper about how many fake papers people claim to be writing when asking questions on Yahoo Answers.

Seems like about a bazillion and 1/2.
