It's just how they are raised. They can change if they want to but, usually, they have no motivation to change.

Some of them just are. But you have to be a bigger jerk not to give them a chance. Maybe they have a problem, maybe they don't like talking. Try talking to them sometimes and maybe they would look like less jerks.

Well every family has this one group(or person) thats a jerk. thats just how the way it works. every family has its jerks and idiots.
