Depending on what type of leather you have it should be relatively straight forward to repair.

LTT have a good range of products for all types of leather and can talk you through any problems you have.

Beware of many of the DIY products as they will do more damage than good.

there is a leather repair kit at the stores and you can match it up with the color of your chair and it explains the directions.
