What the value (or worth) of the DC comic book, All-Star Squadron #1?

At Mile High Comics it's listed in mint as 5.60. However, Mile High tends to price high, so it's kind of a crap-shoot. I would say 5.00, less on eBay.

However, since All Star Squadron was such a phenomenal book, especially with Roy Thomas writing, it's hard to put a price on it. If it's in mint, especially with the whole Infinite Crisis and the "resurrection" of Earth-2, it will probably garner a bit more from collectors.
