I used to, but am now at the level where I do not have quotas.
My suggestion is to vote and rate answers after you are done answering and asking by your quotas. That is the quickest way to get to the next level and a higher daily limit.
Also, try to limit your questions for a while until you are at a higher level and can make up lost points from asking questions as much.
Feel free to answer as many of mine as you like, even if it's just to say hi. Take the 2 points where you can get them.

Yes, it's a drag. When that happens I will go rate, ask a question or two, comment, read and...is there anything else, oh yeah go over and read my own answers and questions. Have been tempted to make a new account just to answer, but then it wouldn't really be me and what if I had a really profound answer and didn't get the credit for it? That would suck.

I did till I got to Level 5. Answer as many as you can then vote on open questions then you should get to Level 5 in no time.

Don't believe Answers if they say you have reached your quota today, they have been messin' up and just saying that.
Try again and you might have more Answers!
