I have a PA and it doesn't affect sex AT ALL, as the penis gets erec, the ring enters the Urethra or it lies flat against the staff

No, its not sexy (and yes, it can be sexy). LOL. I find it sexy on the men I DON'T DATE. How's that for a clarifier? I do not like it when I'm in a relationship with another man, however it does "look nice" on some men. So, for me its a little of both. I like them, just not on the guys I date.
Basically I just don't like working around "objects" when I'm in a sexual mood. This goes for earrings, lip rings, etc. So a Prince Albert, especially a thick one would definately be in the way.
