If helping people in the world makes you a menace then more people need to be a menace.

She's not doing anything TO the world. Oprah has culture. She really worked hard to be successful and I think she's doing a lot of good in the world. There shoud be more like her.

Even though I don't like her. I still think that she is a great person with all she has done in the world. I just hope that she continues to do what she does best. Help out those who need it. With her and tyra Banks in the world. Alot more people will be happy.

She's not a menace. She's trying to help people less fortunate than she is and make a difference using her wealth and her fame. Quit hatin!

She's a humanitarian. Sure, some charitable donations/events are for publicity, but the bottom line is that she helps people. Angel Tree....giving to the less fortunate (who have proven to be worthy), Book Club....attempting to expose people to the joy of reading, etc., etc. What's not to like? She has made a tremendous success of herself through intelligence and hard work. She exposes herself (being fat, unmade up, not wanting to marry), yet has very little negative press.
