Southern Ohioans:

Does anyone know of a place I can take glass to be recycled? I have places for paper, steel, aluminum, plastic, etc... but the place I used to take glass no longer accepts it. I've tried several local places but no place will take glass. I'm willing to drive a fair distance to recycle glass--I could save up my bottles for a month or so and take them in one trip.

Thanks in advance for any help!

"Southern Ohio" is a big geographical place. It would help if you would provide a more specific location. I could provide you drop off sites in Cincinnati, but you might live in Marietta. I'm betting that you wouldn't want to drive across the state once a month to drop off your recycleables. You might want to rethink, rewrite, and repost your question if you expect to get a useful answer. Just providing the county in which you are located would be enough.

Good luck with your recycling.

I live in Huntington, WV which is across from Proctorville Ohio.. and in our area we have a place set-up for all of those things in one. I haven't recycled in years (I don't know why), but if you're a southern Ohioan near here then look it up. I'd try doing a search for it but my net is extremely slow from everyone else using it.
