My spedometer says that Im traveling much faster than I actually am. What do I have to do to fix this? I have 35's on a wrangler..

My friends daughter was having this problem with her Wrangler last year. It needs to be recailbrated. I don't know a lot about cars, but I remember her saying that's what she needed done but no one had the equipment b/c of the year of the model.
Best bet is to take it to a dealership and just have it looked at.
Better to be safe than sorry.

You will have to contact the Jeep dealer. You must purchase a "Buffer" for the speedometer circuit.
They will ask some questions, like wheel size, tire size, VIN etc.
You will then need to order the buffer from them.
If it weren't a Chrysler product, there are "Tuners" that you can buy to re-program the PCM, but Jeep won't do it that way.

when you increase tire sizes,you need to calibrate the the odometer.odomter are calibrate to the original tire size only.any other sizes will effect the reading.
