I think it can sometimes and it can't sometimes. It's all a matter of perspective. I am sure that terrorists beleive that if they get what they want, it doesnt matter how many Americans they kill. So to them the end justifies the means. But the average American would not agree. It's just a simplistic example but I think it makes my point. Hope this helps.

the end often justifies the means, when hasn't it? and don't give me holocaust answers...Hitler accomplished everything he promised he would and his people loved him for it, so compared to that....

HOW DO U KNOW ME?! lol.jk.but i want to REALLY REALLY REALLY thank you for your comment,u and "rollupdru" hav literally began changing my life,i want to say that i know what u mean about coming into my intelligence and maturity.and even MORE about "weeding out sum frends".i feel like they hav this false image of me and that if i was to be myself now.they wud stop being my friends and watever.but from readin your answer i realized that i need to be myself if i want to be happy, and that i shouldnt worry about other people,and u are totally right
