Also which is the best anti-virus available nowadays? I don't have any antivirus on my compuetr .. what to do and where to start from?

Go here and they can scan your computer on line free...A superb program. Their Virus scanner is called PC-Cillin!

Probably one of the best for finding hidden threats!
I have PC-Cillin and still run "house call" once a month.
If you have a large HDD, it will take as long as half an hour to do a scan on line, but worth the wait!
