Blind people see dreams like everyone else, even if they are blind from birth. Just like deaf people can see sound. People who lose a sense have their other senses pick up the slack. After all, they are only physically blind, right?

Some people lost their sight, so yes. For those who were born blind I think it's like looking at a psychedelic tie dye pattern that we can all see when we close our eyes.

Yes- provided that they were once able to see. However it gets hazier as time goes by.
