so i have had 2 pregnancies in the past 5 months. I lost both of them very early. My doctor told us to wait only after the next period then it will be ok to try again. So we have been trying to get pregnant but it seems likei miscarry or get my period every time? Is there anything i could do ( home remedy) that would increase chances of pregnancy?

oh yeah my doctor won't test for anything until i have 3 miscarriages in a row. I guess until that point it'd considered ok?

Get a new doctor, and get tested for problems with your reproductive system. He wont test??? That's bull.

You're licky they said after the 3rd miscarriage, I had to wait till my 9th till they tested me.

Has your gyn ruled out PCOS??? you could be on the high side of the scale but not have it....but as said before a good diet and exercise will increase your chances and if you do fall pregnant don't expect it to fail like your previous two and you should be fine...believe me easier said than done but the baby that you desperately want will be there in due time :)

Good Luck.

Infertility can be caused by a huge number of factors: hormone imbalance, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, Endometriosis, Anovulatory Cycles, physical blockage, inadequate hormone production, short luteal phase, lack of lutenizing hormone, high levels or prolactin, and many others. Poor nutrition often plays a major role, as does exposure to toxins. Age plays less of a role before menopause than was originally thought. While there are many wonderful naturally minded fertility specialists out there, in many cases it is not possible for them to test for and address any of these possible underlying issues.

Yeah, it takes your body a while to adjust. Most people miscarry all the time and don't even know that they were pregnant. Only about 25% of pregnancies are carried to term. So, I know it's painful to lose a pregnancy, but you should be able to get pregnant in time. Don't worry too much.

causes of miscarriage can be maternal, paternal and foetal. it is commonly seen in women over 40yrs. 2% of women under 30yrs have miscarriage. there are many women who have had miscarriage but now have beautiful children. it is very important to have faith and take it easy.relax. but dont forget to take folic acid. you can ask for tests from your GP if you are worried. maybe some routine blood tests can be done to begin with. i think the mantra is to eat healthy, sleep well and not to worry.:))

All you can do is try to be healthy and not get stressed.

Eat well, exercise and chill out!

Easier said than done I know.
