I have noticed that on his show "The Essence of Emeril" they started using this weird filter that makes him look all glowy, like they are trying to hide something? Any thoughts?

I haven't heard anything about him being ill...perhaps they are just attempting to make him look younger?

Well I see what he cooks with and its not exactly low fat, low carb or low sodium so I don't think he can be all that healthy!
