It's to stop
1. Injustice,
2.Better education for the poor
3.Better training for the police
4. Try to stop crime , but only happen if i , 2 and 3 are introduced

Take care of the so many homeless children & just get better organized & have the people better respect the law. They don't even stop at red lights.

Increase the number of police and make them a servant of the people.

Find something to do with those freaking street children...make that illegal so you can put them in homes or somewhere...sheesh.
