Ok they would both win!
If it was a fight, then the smurfs would due to the fact that there are way more of them. And they would all attack at once, and have the same effect as being stung hundreds of times by bees!
If it was a court room battle then the csa would cos of reasonable doubt, and the fact that no-one has ever beaten them!
