i think my nieghbor is planing to break into my house, i over heard them talking the other day and saying that there friend is going to condem items from my house, please help me i will be greatful forever!!!

I think you should get a camera and video tape all that goes on, listening device will not work that is illegal but a camera in your place is not.

Can't help with the whole question, but I've seen in a very old book that putting a shell against the ear can help with psychic hearing! He had a name for this device, don't know what he called it.

Something like audio-opticom. It's really supposed to work, over time. Tunes you're ears to a different world, I guess.

But I don't feel either that it would help you keep you're apartment safe.

It sounds like you're hearing, real physical audio and psychic have already given the info you need to take action, like go to the police.

Quite frankly, I'd call the cops on your neighbor and report suspicious behavior. Or as someone else suggested, get a video camera or some form of security system.

If I was in your shoes - I'd be more concerned about somehting that would help me spell rather than trying to listen through walls
